Timing System
An automated chip timing system shall be used for the Championship meet.

Admission
All spectator admission is FREE to the 2022 SLIAC Cross Country Championship.

Awards
- Runner of the Year is the winner of the conference meet.
- Newcomer of the Year is the highest placing first-year collegiate runner.
- All-Conference awards will be selected based on the order of finishing at the conference meet and will consist of seven first team and seven second team selections.
- Coach of the Year will be the coach of the team champion, unless a vote is called.
- Team Sportsmanship Award will be selected after coaches consult with players and determine first, second, and third choices of schools whose players, coaches, and fans best exhibit good sportsmanship as defined by the SLIAC Code of Sportsmanship. These are then submitted to the conference Commissioner immediately following the Championship meet.
- All-Sportsmanship Team will be selected and announced following each season in conjunction with other Conference post-season awards. Each institution that sponsors the sport will have one representative on the All-Sportsmanship Team.
