Westminster Men's Tennis began its 2018 SLIAC campaign against the Greenville Panthers on Wednesday.
The Blue Jays unfortunately came up short, losing by a final score of 8-1.
Westminster's Adam Fuchs earned the victory on the day for the Blue Jays, beating his opponent in a three-set thriller by the tight score of 6-7(15-13), 6-3, 10-8.
The Blue Jays fell to 0-1 in the conference while the Panthers improved their record to 2-0.
Westminster looks to get back on track when Principia comes to town tomorrow, April 5th, for a 5:00pm start.
