Westminster Picks Up First Conference Win

Westminster Men's Tennis knotched their first SLIAC victory on the season with a 7-2 victory over Fontbonne on Tuesday.

The Blue Jays improved to 2-4 on the year (1-2 in the SLIAC) while the Griffins fell to 0-3 (0-3 in the SLIAC).

Westminster's top two doubles teams of Adam Fuchs/Pete Hassenmueller and Joshua Udinyiwe/Phillip Udinyiwe both earned wins on the day.

In singles, Fuchs, Hassenmueller, the Udinyiwe brothers, and Nick Lakowski all earned straight-set victories in their respective matches.

Westminster will continue their SLIAC campaign and play their final home game on Thursday, April 12th against the Webster Gorlocks. The match is set to start at 4:30pm.
