Katie Price was named the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Hitter of the Week after her strong opening weekend performance against Wisconsin-Platteville.
Price tallied three hits for five RBI in two games, including the team's 10-2 win over the Pioneers Sunday.
She totaled a .600 batting percentage and a .714 on-base percentage to start the team off with a split home series.
Westminster softball takes the next two weeks off in preparation for the spring break trip to California, where they'll face off against Cal Lutheran March 18.
