Adams Added to 2019-20 Westminster Women's Basketball Coaching Staff

FULTON, Mo. - Former standout and 2019 graduate, Kendahl Adams, has joined the Westminster women's basketball coaching staff for the 2019-20 season.

"It was important to me to have someone who could relate to our athletes, share the same vision as our coaching staff, and is able to provide positive energy to our program," said Westminster Head Coach Talisha Washington. "Kendahl Adams brings all of the above and more. She provides a unique dynamic to our coaching staff. Her invaluable experience as a former player and knowledge of the game will continue to help elevate our program. We are thrilled to have her on board!"

After two years with the Blue Jays as a player, Adams placed herself among the record books in several categories including the top two records for points and field goals made in a season. Adams surpassed the 1,000 point mark in a Blue Jay uniform this season in just 52 career games.

Adams was a two-time first team All-Conference selection for the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, and earned third team All-Region honors on d3hoops.com in both of her seasons at Westminster.

After her senior season, Adams was named a WBCA All-America Honorable Mention pick and was the first player in Blue Jay history to be selected for the WBCA All-Star game.

Adams received her bachelor's degree from Westminster in the class of 2019.
