Heather (Letourneau) Millard was a standout player for Westminster’s women’s basketball team from 2009 to 2012. Known for her defensive skills, she was named to the SLIAC All-Defensive Team three times and holds the program record for most career steals. Millard played a key role in leading the Blue Jays to two conference championships and an NCAA National Tournament appearance. Her consistent performance earned her spots on the SLIAC Academic All-Conference Team throughout her college career, along with all-conference honorable mentions. After graduating with degrees in business administration and history, Millard became a ninth-grade social studies teacher in the Lincoln County RIII School District. She lives in Troy, Missouri, with her husband, Ky, and their three children, Liam, Eva, and Nora, continuing her commitment to education and athletics.
