Before joining Westminster, Andy spent the past two seasons as a graduate assistant coach at Columbia College in Columbia, Missouri. During his two seasons at Columbia, the Cougars made consecutive NAIA national tournament appearances in 2023 and 2024. In the 2023 season, the team was the American Midwest Conference Regular Season champions and American Midwest Conference Tournament champions. Eight student-athletes made all-conference teams in his two seasons with the Cougars, including two NAIA All-Americans Tony Burks in 2023 and Collin Parker in 2024. Collin Parker was also named American Midwest Conference Player of the Year in 2024. Andy worked for Head Coach Tomas Brock, named American Midwest Conference Coach of the Year in 2023. Andy graduated from Columbia College in 2024 with a Master of Arts in Teaching degree.
Andy began his coaching career as an assistant coach in the summer of 2022 at Largo High School in Largo, Florida. He worked for head coach Phil Price, who recorded 579 career wins as a head coach in Pinellas County.
As a player, he played four years of varsity basketball at Palm Harbor University High School in Palm Harbor, Florida. Andy began his college playing career at Berry College in Rome, Georgia in 2018. In 2020 he transferred to Centre College where he played two seasons for the Colonels and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Finance in 2022.

He has experience in Mid Missouri with his work as a graduate assistant in Coach Tomas Brock's great Columbia College program. He has extensive experience in skill development, recruiting, and developing relationships. Our players will benefit from having Coach Blair here every day.
