Eureka, Mo. – Sophomore Sam Moore finished second in Saturday's Six Flags cross country meet hosted by Fontbonne University. Moore finished the 8k in 31:51.8. Junior Joseph Labitska finished 10th with a time of 35:22.2.

Also competing for the Blue Jays were sophomore Billy Murphy and freshman Sam Tadrus. Murphy finished 14th with a time of 39:25.90 and Tadrus finished 18th with a time of 42:35.1.

In the women's 5k seniors Charlotte Blair and Cara Wilfong finished 9th and 10th respectively. Blair completed the course in 22:57.3 and Wilfong finished just behind her with a time of 23:09.0.

The Blue Jays race again Sept. 27 at the H.W. Wright Classic hosted by Millikin University in Decatur, Ill.
