Jason Allabaugh has coached girls fastpitch softball since 2009 when his daughters started showing interest in softball and has coached at every level through 18U.

Allabaugh is a native of Torrance, California, where he attended West Torrance High School. He is married to Tiffany and has three daughters and one son. 

He retired from the United States Army as Master Sergeant (Combat Medic) in 2016 and is an Iraq War Veteran. 

He is an active member of the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) where he has received many hours of formal NFCA coaches training from several NCAA fastpitch softball coaches. He continues to study and attend classes to attain NFCA Coach's certification. In addition, he is also ASA ACE IV certified. 

In addition to coaching for JC Elite, he has also had various other coaching opportunities. He coached the MO/KS Best of the Best in 2018, he coached a group of girls in Italy representing America‘s Team in 2019.
