Moore joined the women's basketball staff in July 2017 and is responsible for working with the guards, recruiting, scouting reports, and handles all the programs film and video needs. His video of  "One Shining Moment" for the NCAA Division I women's tournament went viral with over 10,000 views on YouTube.

In 2017-18 the Blue Jays recorded the top three records for points in a game in school history, while improving the win total from the 2016-17 season. The squad reached the SLIAC Tournament title game for the fourth time in school history, becoming the first-ever No. 4 seed in the tournament to upset the top seed and advance to the championship. The team was ranked No. 2 nationally in offensive rebounding.  The Blue Jays also ranked No. 17 on the WBCA Academic Honor Roll.

Kendahl Adams was named to the SLIAC All-Conference first team and the D3Hoops.com All-Region team. She set records for points in a season, field goals in a season, and rebounds in a season. Freshman Grace Archambault was named the Newcomer of the Year.

Matt joined the Westminster staff following two years as a student manager for the Southeast Missouri State University women’s basketball team. 

While with the NCAA Division I program, he was instrumental and active in practices as well as in individual & small group workouts for the Redhawks. Moore assisted the director of basketball operations with practice/workout preparations and set-up, along with locker room and laundry maintenance and pre and post-game meal arrangements. Moore was also responsible for filming practices, games, and uploading film for opponent exchange. 

The Hillsboro, Missouri native was an all-around athlete for Hillsboro High School and a two-year letter winner in basketball helping Hawks to conference title his senior year.
