Westminster Women's Soccer Breaks Gameday Goals Record in Eureka Win

FULTON, Mo. - Westminster women's soccer recorded 13 goals in a shutout against Eureka, breaking the program records for goals in one match.

The Blue Jays improve to 6-3-1 overall and 2-1 in the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference with the win. 

After 11 minutes of scoreless play, Westminster scored its first goal in the 12 minute on a goal from Gracie Koonce from Lexi Hart

Four Blue Jays recorded multiple goals, including Paige Price, Heidi Gundy, Madison Ekern, and Koonce.

Also finding the back of the net for Westminster was Natalie Schulte, Gabby Zarinelli, Cara Wilfong, and Hart. 

Sarah Cradick played all 90 minutes in goal to earn the win. The solid Blue Jay defense allowed no shots from the Red Devils. 

Westminster remains home to face Iowa Wesleyan Tuesday at 5 p.m.
