2019-20: Dalton went 14-8 this season and went 4-1 in dual meets. He placed fourth at the Dubuque Invite and third at the Missouri Valley Open.

2018-19: Dalton went 15-9 this season and went 5-1 during dual meets. Dalton placed fourth at the NCAA DIII Lower Midwest Regionals and earned an academic award from the National Wrestling Coaches Association.
