Fulton, Mo., March 5, 2021 - The Westminster College Blue Jay women's soccer team split a pair of games this week winning at Illinois College 8-0 before dropping a game against undefeated Fontbonne 2-1. The Blue Jays record stands at 4-2 overall and 3-2 in the SLIAC in 3rd place.  A big part of this weeks games has been the outstanding play of midfielder Kelsey Gordon.  Today she was recognized as the SLIAC Women's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week.

Gordon, a sophomore, tallied a hat-trick in the non-conference win over Illinois College. She buried her three goals on just five shots, putting all five on net. 

Gordon and the Blue Jays will be back in action on Wednesday when they will visit Iowa Wesleyan University for a 11:00 a.m. kick off.
