Townsend Earns United Soccer Coaches All-Region Honors

Paige Townsend adds to her 2017 season accolades with an All-Region third team selection from the United Soccer Coaches.

Townsend led the conference in goals this season with 19, tying the Westminster women's soccer record for goals in a season. She also tallied nine assists for 47 total points during the year. Townsend led the team in shots with 87 and shots on goals with 51, netting two game-winners for the Blue Jays. 

Westminster women's soccer advanced to the SLIAC Tournament this season, falling to top-seeded Webster in the semifinal round.
