Westminster College Athletics invites all local Little Blue Jays in Grades PreK-5 and their families to join the newly launched Little Blue Jays Program!

Little Blue Jays Program coordinator Rosie Kent says "I wanted to start this program at Westminster because I thought it was a great opportunity for young people, and this is such a fun age for kids to start thinking about and getting involved in sports,” says Kent, who graduated with a degree in sports management from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside. “They will be able to try almost every sport we offer and learn from our student-athletes.”

Kent, who played college volleyball for three years, brings her passion for sports and youth development to Westminster after participating in a similar program as a student.

The Little Blue Jays Program promises a wide range of benefits for members, including:

  • A Little Blue Jays t-shirt
  • Stickers
  • Invitations to special clinics for a variety of Blue Jays sports
  • Free family admission to all Blue Jays home games
  • Other fun opportunities, such as pen pals, off-season clinics, and invitations to exclusive events

To join, families must fill out a short form and submit a $35 registration fee. You can sign up here! Once registered, Little Blue Jays and family members will enjoy access to various activities through the College’s NCAA Division III athletics programs, which compete in the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference and Upper Midwest Athletic Conference.
