2016: Kayla played in 118 sets this season, recording 1191 assists, 46 service aces, 40 kills, and 31 total blocks. She was named to the AVCA All-Region Honorable Mention Team, the SLIAC All-Conference First-Team, the SLIAC Academic All-Conference Team, and the SLIAC All-Tournament Team.She is currently Westminster's all-time leader in assists for her career and a single season.

2015: Kayla was a member of the First Team All-SLIAC. She rebroke the season record for assists and now leading with 1261. She is currently in the third position for all-time service aces with 100. After the year, she leads the all-time assist category with 3,363 assists. She also recorded 33 service aces and 55 blocks for the season. 

2014: Kayla was a member of the Second team All-SLIAC and a member of the Fall Academic All-Conference team. Kayla led the team in digs with 390. She also led the team in assists with 1054. 

2013: Kayla was named to the Honorable Mention All-SLIAC team. She also Led the team in Aces per Set (0.37). 

Personal: Kayla is the daughter of Grant and Beth Reeg and has one brother, Garrett.
