Men's Cross Country Tied for 6th at Illinois College Invitational

The Westminster men's cross country team tied for sixth out of nine teams at the Illinois College Invitational. The Westminster Blue Jays recorded 137 points while averaging a 29:40.60 8K.

Junior Glenn Teubner finished first for the Blue Jays with his tenth place finish. He crossed the finish line in 27:27.84. Senior Will Megl finished just over 20 seconds after to place 11th in 27:49.00.

Senior Jordan Jensen placed 35th with a time of 30:39.00, and junior Ryan Dyer placed 39th with a time of 30:52.00. Freshman Nathan Wilson rounded out the team with a 42nd place finish and a time of 31:47.00. 

The Blue Jays will have a week off before racing in the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SLIAC) Championship on Saturday, October 31, in Hillsboro, Illinois.
