Kenna Cornelson was a standout player on Westminster’s women’s basketball team from 2009 to 2013. She earned recognition as a two-time SLIAC all-conference member and was a key contributor to the Blue Jays’ back-to-back championships. Cornelson ranks third in program history for assists in a season and second for total assists in a game. She also made the SLIAC Academic All-Conference Team and the SLIAC All-Defensive Team during her senior year. After graduating with a degree in biology and a minor in leadership, Cornelson pursued a doctorate in physical therapy. She now owns Cornelson Physical Therapy in Oklahoma City, specializing in pelvic health. Cornelson lives in Oklahoma City with her husband, Jimmy Ewald, and their four children, with a fifth child on the way.
