ST. PAUL, Minn. – Westminster football placed six student-athletes on the All-Upper Midwest Athletic Conference teams, including three offensive and three defensive players.

Jackson Ringhausen and Anthony Washington were chosen as members of the All-Conference First Team Defense.

The First Team nod is a first for Ringhausen, who was named to the Second Team last season. He led the Blue Jay defense in tackles with 57, including 34 solo, and added in two sacks and six tackles for a loss. His 34 solo tackles was tied for 18^th in the UMAC. Ringhausen also recorded two interceptions and four pass breakups on the year.

Washington is named to the First Team All-Defense for the second year in a row. He was eighth in the conference in passes defended, adding in seven pass breakups and three interceptions. His three interceptions was tied for fifth in the UMAC.

Ben Holt was the final defensive player to receive All-Conference recognition, earning a place on the All-Defense Second Team. Holt was a terror on the defensive line this season, leading the Blue Jays in tackles for a loss with 12 for a 38 yards. His 12 tackles for a loss placed him sixth in the UMAC. Holt led the team in sacks with 5.5, which placed him fourth in the UMAC.

The Blue Jays also placed three offensive players on the All-Conference Second Team, including Kalyn Davis, Matt Quarles, and Trent White.

Davis picks up his first All-Conference award in his career with the Second Team distinction. Davis was the top rushing option for the Blue Jays this season, marking 147 carries for 645 yards for an average of 4.4 yards per carry. Davis added two rushing touchdowns on the season. Davis was second in the conference in rushing yards, fourth in attempts, and second in yards per game with 71.7. Davis was also ninth in the UMAC in All-Purpose yards.

Quarles earns his fourth All-Conference honor, but his first All-Conference nod for offense as his previous awards have been with the special teams. Quarles led the team in receptions with 29 and receiving yards with 351 for an average of 43.9 per game. He added two touchdowns for the Blue Jays this season. His receptions placed him 15^th in the conference while his yards per game average placed him 12^th.

White picks up his third All-Conference award in his career. White went 89-202 this season, throwing for 1,087 yards and nine touchdowns. One of the best dual-threat quarterbacks in the league, White was also fourth in rushing in the UMAC with 608 yards and nine rushing touchdowns, which placed ninth in the UMAC. White was also fifth in the conference in scoring and sixth in total offense.

Davis was named the Blue Jay representative on the All-Sportsmanship team for his commitment to sportsmanship throughout the season.
