The Westminster men's cross country team placed 12th at the Missouri Southern Stampede Saturday morning. The Blue Jays finished with 317 points and an average time of 29:48.08 for the 8K race.
Freshman Glenn Teubner led the way for the Blue Jays with a 34th place finish and a 27:42.69 time. Junior Jesse Edwards crossed the finish line next, placing 52nd with a time of 28:15.22.
Senior Daniel Lindaman placed 67th (28:42.95), followed by freshmanChandler Yeary in 80th place.
Freshman Nathan Wilson crossed the finish line in 135th place, and junior Nathan Fox crossed shortly after, placing 148. Sophomore Ryan Dyer (34:40.85) and senior Spencer Woodford (41:56.81) rounded out the Blue Jay team.
The Blue Jays take two weeks off before returning to the course at the Gary Stoner Invitational in Fayette, MO on October 4.
