Mike Eierman joined the Westminster College staff as one of the head coaches for the wrestling team in the spring of 2017.

Eierman came to Westminster after being the head coach and owner of Eierman Elite Wrestling since 2005. The EE Wrestling team competed in many local and national competitions resulting in 300 Missouri USA youth state qualifiers, 200 youth state medalists, 70 youth State Champions, 2 Roller All-Stars, and 1 Roller Trinity Award Winner as well as multiple All-Americans and team state championships. Eierman most notable product was in wrestler J'den Cox, who won 4 state titles, 2 national titles, and an Olympic Bronze Medal.

Prior to adopting EE Wrestling, Eierman was a volunteer assistant at the University of Missouri-Columbia, the head coach of the Rock Bridge Wrestling Club and the MO Elite Wrestling Club, and the head assistant coach for Neosho County Community College-Kansas.

As a wrestler himself, before beginning his coaching career, Eierman was a resident of the U.S. Olympic Training Center from 2000-2003 and won numerous medals in International Freestyle Tournaments, including Russia, Ukraine, and Italy. While at the University of Nebraska, he was an NCAA All-American in 1993 while also being voted as the Most Exciting Nebraska Wrestler in that same season.
