Adams Named UMAC Player of the Week For Second Consecutive Week

Westminster's Latif Adams earned Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) Player of the Week honors for the second consecutive week on September 29, 2015. 

Adams earned the UMAC Offensive Player of the Week title after destroying the Westminster game-day rushing yards record on Saturday during the Blue Jays' 3-20 win over Greenville. He rushed for 270 yards, breaking the 2003 record by 37 yards. He averaged 15.9 yards per carry and scored three of the four touchdowns on the day. 

Adams was also named one of the HERO Sports D3 Studs of the Week and is now in the running for the D3 Hero of the Week. You can vote for him here.
