Fayette, Mo., March 5, 2021 - The Westminster College men's golf team competed in the Hail Ridge Invitational hosted by Central Methodist University on Monday.  The team carded two rounds of 344 for a two round tournament total of 688 to finish in 8th place.

The Blue Jays individuals were led by Aubrey Nelson who carded rounds of 80 and 84 for a two round total of 164 which was good for a tie for 26th. Curt Matheny carded 83 and 87 for a two round total of 170 finishing in 35th place. 

Carson Speer scored 87 and 88 good for a 38th place finish at 175.  Mikie Rybak had rounds of 94 and 86 for a score of 180 and a 40th place finish.  Luke Johnson scored rounds of 94 and 87 for a total of 181 and in a tie for 41st.

The Blue Jays will be back on the course Monday March 12 in Jacksonville, Ill. for the McNaughton Invitational at the Jacksonville Country Club.
