Teubner Finishes Fifth at SLIAC Championships

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Glenn Teubner led the Blue Jays at the SLIAC Championships with a fifth-place finish, giving him first team All-Conferene recognition. 

Teubner finished the 8K in 26 minutes, 23.75 seconds and also was honored with the All-Sportsmanship award. 

The men's team was able to run five runners for a complete team for the first time this season, finishing in fifth place. 

Jack Perdue was the second Blue Jay to cross the finish line in 29:50.07 and 31st place. Jack Pervinich was next time a time of 30:51.33, good enough for 37th. Manoj Chapagain finished in 46th and 33:19.11. Andrew Young closed out the point-scoring runners for the Blue Jays with a time of 35:32.37 and 50th place. 

Westminster men's cross country competes in the NCAA Midwest Regionals Nov. 12.
