Sara is in her tenth season with the Blue Jays. It is her sixth season as head coach.

Coach Stafford started her college career at North Central Missouri College where she was an All-Region player both years. After her time at NCMC she transferred to Quincy University in Quincy, Illinois, to finish her remaining two years. She graduated with a Bachelor’s in Sports Management and a minor in Studio Art.

Sara has spent six years coaching for the Missouri Stealth organization and also spent five years assistant coaching at Battle High School.

Coach Stafford is a native of Columbia, Missouri where she played for Rock Bridge High School, and currently resides there
