The St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SLIAC) announced their Players of the Week for the week of September 1-7, and Westminster's junior women's soccer player, Tayisah Pohtos, was among the winners.

Pohtos was named the SLIAC Women's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week after scoring the two goals in the 2-0 shutout over The University of the Ozarks on Saturday.

Pohtos finished the week with nine shots and four shots on goal.

Westminster returns to action this Saturday, September 13 as they host Millikin University at 3:00 p.m. for their home-opener.
