Fulton, Mo. - The Westminster College Blue Jay men's basketball team will be back in action tonight on the road. Head Coach Matt Mitchell and his team will take the court at Iowa Wesleyan University for a 7:30 p.m. tip off.

Taking a look at the Westminster College Blue Jays (1-0, 1-0 SLIAC):

• The Blue Jays were tabbed by the league coaches to finish 2^nd in this year's SLIAC race.  The Blue Jays received two first place votes.
• The Blue Jays are led in scoring by Braedan Wetrich at 23.0 PPG, Followed by Jaxon Althaus at 13.0 PPG. Also, in double figures are Landon Harrison 11.0 PPG, Camron Jamison 11.0 PPG and Emil Spriggs 10.0 PPG.
• The Blue Jays top rebounders are Harrison with 8.0 PPG and Wetrich with 6.0 RPG and Althaus 5.0 RPG
• Spriggs leads the team in assists with 6 APG.
• The all-time series between Westminster and Iowa Wesleyan is 8-6 in favor of Westminster.

 Taking a look at the Iowa Wesleyan University Tigers (1-4, 0-1 SLIAC):

• Iowa Wesleyan was picked to finish eighth in the SLIAC Pre-season Coaches Poll.
• This will be the Tigers sixth contest of the season.
• The Tigers are led in scoring by Kaleb Cresswell at 14.8 PPG followed by Jarryd Fernandes at 13.4 PPG.  Alex Dentlinger is also in double figures with 10.4 PPG.
• The Tigers leading rebounders are Fernandes at 11.2 RPG and Dentlinger with 5.2 RPG
• The Tigers leading assist man is Cresswell with 3.6 APG.
• Cresswell also leads the Tigers in steals with 1.4 SPG
