Adams, Johnson, Dowler Earn All-Conference Nods

GREENVILLE, Ill. -Kendahl Adams, Mirrakohl Johnson, and Kallee Dowler earned All-St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference honors.

Adams and Johnson were each named to the first team while Dowler earned a third team nod. 

Adams was a dominant force in the SLIAC this season, leading the league in both scoring (18) and assists (4.0) and was fifth in rebounds (8.2). The honor is the second in a row for Adams, who was a first team bid a season ago. Adams surpassed the 1,000 point mark in a Blue Jay uniform this season in just 52 career games.

The first team nod for Johnson is the first in her career after a third team selection as a sophomore. Johnson nearly averaged a double-double in the league this season, with 16.9 points per game and 9.8 rebounds per game. This season, Johnson became the new career rebounds leader for the Blue Jays.

Dowler was a third team selection after being one of the best shooters in the SLIAC all season. She made nearly four three-pointers per game, hitting 44% of her shots from behind the arc in conference play and 77 total this season, a single-season record for the Blue Jays.

Hannah Macon earned the All-Sportsmanship award for Westminster for her constant display of sportsmanship throughout the season.
