BOONVILLE, Mo. - Shannon McCaul continued her winning ways by adding two more event wins at the Central Methodist Invite last Saturday.
As a team, Westminster finished eighth of 15 teams, scoring 28 points.
The senior was athe top finisher out of 26 competitors in the 800 meters, crossing the line with a time of 2 minutes, 24.13 seconds.
McCaul also took home a win in the 3000-meter steeplechase, her second consecutive first-place finish in the event. She took first with a time of 11:47.02.
Jessie Kuykendall added points for the Blue Jays in the 5000 meters, finishing third of 17 runners with a time of 18:41.38.
Charlotte Blair also earned points for the team with an eighth-place finish in the 800 meters with a time of 2:35.86.
The 4x400 relay team ended the day with a second-place finish. The team, made up of Abby Beach, Blair, Morgan Henry, and Taylor Howard completed the four laps in 4:26.78.
