Westminster Women's Tennis Earns Win Over MSOE

MILWAUKEE - Westminster women's tennis earned a win over Milwaukee School of Engineering but fell to Alverno in the second match of the day.

The Blue Jays played MSOE to completion and earned five straight points to blank the Raiders.

All three doubles teams added wins while Clara Baldwin at No. 2 singles, Natalie Tiffany at No. 3 singles, and Laurel Royer at No. 4 singles sealed the victory for Westminster. Both Sydney Attebery at No. 1 and Meaghan McGuire at No. 6 were leading when the Blue Jays clinched the win.

Westminster went on to face Alverno for its second match of the day. Despite the Blue Jays earning two points, it wasn't enough to secure a win against the Inferno.

Tiffany and McGuire earned the win at No. 2 doubles, while Baldwin picked up her second victory of the day at No. 2 singles.

Westminster concludes its fall season with a 2-1 record and looks forward to beginning the spring season March 14 against Marian at home.
