StClair and Powell-Qualo Win Events On Day 1 Of SLIAC Outdoor Championships

Greenville, Ill., April 30, 2021 - The Westminster College women's track and field team got things going in a big way on day one of the SLIAC Outdoor Conference Championships.  The Blue Jays would have two individuals win field events on Friday evening.  Their official wiinning marks won't be posted until Saturday but we know they were victorious.

Haleigh StClair was victorius in the javelin. The first Conference Champion of the weekend for the Blue Jays!

Avylina Powell-Qualo won the high jump competition giving the Blue Jays a second Conference Champion  on day one!

The SLIAC Outdoor Conference Championships will continue on Saturday May 1, 2021.  The meet is being hosted by Greenville University.  Check back on www.wcbluejays.com for more results tomorrow night.
