Greenville, IL, 10/16/21 – The Westminster College women's cross country team traveled to Greenville University on Friday afternoon to compete in the Greenville Classic.  The Blue Jays did not have enough team members to qualify for a team score.  The field included four members of the SLIAC that the Blue Jays will compete against in the SLIAC Championships on October 30^th.  The race featured 68 competitors.

Sophomore Tristan Folkner (Florissant, MO / McCluer North) covered the 5K course in 26:36.33, a college personal best for her.  This was good for an 57^th place finish.

Freshman Moenasia Sidique (Mexico, MO / Mexico) covered the 5K course in 22:54.55, a college personal best for her.  This was good for an 38^th place finish.

The Blue Jays will next race in the SLIAC Championships on Saturday October 30^th.  The Championship is scheduled to start at 10:30 a.m. at the Litchfield Country Club in Litchfield, Illinois.
