O’Donnell Announced as Offensive Coordinator and Head Golf Coach

FULTON, Mo. – Tom O'Donnell was hired as the Offensive Coordinator for the football program and Head Men's and Women's Golf Coach, as announced by Director of Athletics Tracey Braden and Head Football Coach John Welty.

"Tom is a great fit for Westminster College," said Welty. "He brings to Westminster a great wealth of knowledge and experience."

O'Donnell comes to the Blue Jays with an extensive background in small-college athletics, most recently coaching football at Lindenwood University-Belleville from 2015-17. He coached the linebackers and the defensive line during his tenure with the Lynx, while also serving as Interim Head Coach this past winter.

Prior to Lindenwood University-Belleville, O'Donnell began his collegiate career at Millikin University where he served as Special Teams Coordinator among other positions from 2012-14.

O'Donnell also assisted the football program at Chaminade College Preparatory School in St. Louis from 2010-12.

 "I'm thrilled to join the Blue Jay football program and can't wait to get to work," added O'Donnell.

A DePauw University graduate, O'Donnell received his bachelor's degree in communications in 2009 and was a member of the Tiger football team from 2005-07. He received his master's degree in Sports Management from Missouri Baptist University in 2013.
