Westminster Women's Tennis continued their home stretch Wednesday against the Hawks from Quincy University.
The Hawks barely edged out the Blue Jays by a 5-4 final score.
Sydney Attebery got the Blue Jays off to a hot start when she won her singles match 4-1, 4-1. Allison Frisella and Isabel O'Neil also tallied singles victories on the day, each coming in a tiebreaking third set.
In doubles, Sydney Attebery and Natalie Tiffany knotched a victory by a final score of 5-4(6-3), 4-2.
The Blue Jays will continue their home season at 10:00am on Sunday against Simpson College.
