Westminster Women's Tennis finished up their 2019 regular season with a non-conference home matchup against the Missouri Valley Vikings.
The Vikings proved to be too much to handle for the Blue Jays this time, as they fell by a final score of 8-1.
Westminster's victory on the day came from Elena Thomas-Deitz who, in her singles match, won a tough 3-setter 6-2, 2-6, 10-4.
The Blue Jays will head into the SLIAC Conference Tournament as the #5 Seed, set to faceoff against the #4 Seed Blackburn Beavers. Westminster's quest for the title will kickoff this Friday, April 11th at 11:00am
