Westminster Volleyball Sweeps MacMurray

JACKSONVILLE, Ill. - Westminster volleyball earns a 3-0 win over MacMurray to move to tied for first-place in the conference.

The Blue Jays improve to 15-9 overall and 14-2 in the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, tied for first place with Webster. 

The Highlanders never came within single-digit points of the Blue Jays. Westminster took the third and final set by its widest margin of the season at 25-7. 

Ashley Kistaitis posted her fourth straight game in double-digit kills with 11. She tallied a double-double with 14 digs as well. 

Teresa Becker recorded 30 assists while Sarah Rivers led the team defensively at the net with two solo blocks and one block assist. 

The Blue Jays take over a week off before traveling to Iowa Wesleyan for their final road conference match of the year.
