After her record-tying 19th goal this season, Westminster's Paige Townsend was named the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Women's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week.

Townsend netted five goals in the two Westminster wins on the week, including four goals in a win over Principia. Saturday, she tallied her 19th goal of the season to tie Westminster's season scoring record that was set in 1999. 

She also added an assist to total 11 points on the week. 

Westminster women's soccer opens as the No. 4 seed in the SLIAC Tournament Thursday at top-seeded Webster.
