St. Louis, MO, 9/132021 - Junior outside hitter Eryka Wanyonyi (Columbia, MO Hickman) Was named the SLIAC Offensive Player of the Week on Monday for her dominating performances last week. Wanyonyi broke a Westminster program record with 30 kills in a win over Austin, a record that had stood for 26 years. Wanyonyi averaged 3.83 kills and 3.42 digs per set over five matches on the week. She totaled 92 kills, hitting .222, and added 82 digs and 12 service aces. Outside of her record-setting match, Wanyonyi also reached double-digit kills in all five matches on the week and twice totaled over 20 digs while averaging 4.5 points per set.  See the official SLIAC release HERE.
