Women's Soccer: Home Opener Blue Jays Host Iowa Wesleyan Preview.

Fulton, Mo. - The Westminster College Blue Jay women's soccer team will be in action Tuesday evening in their home opener. Head Coach Wendy Sanchez and her team will be taking on the Iowa Wesleyan University Tigers in a 5:00 p.m. kick off. This will be Blue Jays second game of SLIAC play and their first game in the friendly confines of Blue Jay Field.

  • The Tigers are coming off of a 5-1 victory at Eureka College on Saturday.
  • The Tigers are led in scoring by Izela Avalos and Jacqueline Campos with three goals each. Jaqueline Ivers, Giovana Pedrassani and Ivet Rodriguez have scored two goals each.
  • The Tigers Pedrassani has recorded four assists.
  • Kylie Mulhern-Guillier leads the Tigers in goal. She has eight saves and one goal given up in 160 minutes in goal.
