10/12/2023 Fulton, Mo- The Westminster College women's soccer team faced off against Greenville University on Wednesday night. The Panthers would score two late second half goals and win the game 2-0. The Blue Jays fall to 4-6 on the year and 2-2 in the SLIAC. The Panthers improved to 6-5-3 and 5-1 in the SLIAC. 

The Blue Jays offense was held to five shots total in the game. They would get two shots on goal in the first half and three in the second half. Blue Jay goalie,Megan Davidson made five saves in the first half to keep the score 0-0 at halftime. 

Neither team gave an inch as the game moved into the later stages. The Panthers would capitalize on a corner opportunity to go up 1-0 in the 71st minute. They would score an insurance goal in the 82nd minute and win the game 2-0. 

The Blue Jays will take on Spalding University in Louisville, Kentucky on Saturday, October 14th. The game will take place at 4:00 pm central time.
