The St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SLIAC) announced the 2019-2020 Winter Academic All-Conference list and four Westminster student-athletes from the women's basketball team were included on the list.

Varsity student-athletes that have reached at least sophomore year in academic standing, have attended their current institution for one full academic year and have a 3.5 cumulative GPA (on a 4.0 scale) are eligible for the SLIAC All-Academic Team.
