Louisville, Kentucky 10/22/2022- The Westminster College women's soccer team traveled to Louisville, Kentucky to take on the Spalding University Golden Eagles. The teams would play to a ninety-minute 0-0 draw. This was the Blue Jays' third draw of the season; they are now 8-4-3 and 7-2-3 in the SLIAC. Westminster currently holds the number three seed in the conference with two games remaining in the regular season. Spalding gets their first draw of the season and moves to 7-7-1 and 6-5-1 in the SLIAC. The Golden Eagles are currently fifth in the conference.

Megan Davidson (St. Peters, MO / Fort Zumwalt East) made six saves in goal for the Blue Jays, turning away all the Golden Eagles' shots on goal.

The Blue Jays' offense only took three shots in the game and the one shot on goal was courtesy of Annalise Beck (St. Louis, MO / Notre Dame High School). Her shot came near the 59th minute and was turned away by the Golden Eagles goalie after she tried going to the bottom right corner.

The Blue Jays will be in action on Wednesday, October 26th when they host the Blackburn College Beavers in the final home game of the season. That game will kick off at 5:00 PM.
